SELLING Real Estate
Citadel Alumni: Pay only 3.75%
Citadel Alumni + Military Service: Pay only 3.5%
BUYING Real Estate
When representing Buyers, we as your Buyers Agent will be compensated by the Seller, typically at the rate of 2.0%-3.0% of the Purchase Price. With our program, we will rebate to the Buyer a portion of our Commission as a Marketing Rebate.
Citadel Alumni: 20% Rebate of our Commission (Example: $300,000 purchase at 3.0% x 20% = $1,800 Rebate)
Citadel Alumni + Military Service: 25% Rebate (Example: $300,000 purchase at 3.0% x 25% = $2,250 Rebate)
