The ''C'' slips are the most desirable slips since there are no slips on the opposing side. C-10 is situated close to the center/shore which is the preferred location in this marina, especially for smaller boats. The slip is 20' x 40' and can hold up to a 55' boat. The marina has city water and power hookups. It does not allow ''live aboards''. Weekend stays are allowed. Extensive repairs and improvements have been completed. The slip is rented month to month. The regime fee is $750.00/quarter.
